• Maintaining the strict confidentiality and physical security of all issued API credentials.

Third-party model names, provider APIs, and corporate emblems referenced on OPN ROUTTE remain the registered trademarks of their respective creators. Inclusion on this platform serves an analytical, comparative, and navigational purpose and does not imply direct commercial endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated. We provide all performance data, scorecards, and ranking tiers on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime, commercial suitability, or fault-free inference execution. Independent validation before mission-critical enterprise production rollout is strictly advised.

To preserve high availability and equitable computational distribution across our global developer community, OPN ROUTTE enforces automated rate limiting policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OPN ROUTTE, its directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business data, inference token cost overruns, network downtime, or system failures resulting from your reliance on our platform benchmarks or third-party agent APIs.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of OPN ROUTTE arising out of or related to these terms exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our premium services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
